My story.
Hello, I'm Anita.
For over 18 years, I've had the privilege of helping people look and feel their very best. Throughout my career, I've learned that beauty isn't just about appearance – it's about confidence, wellbeing and taking time to care for yourself.
My journey began in Ireland, where I started my first home salon.
As my passion and client base grew, I went on to own an award-winning hair and beauty salon in County Meath, before opening a second salon in County Louth. Those years gave me invaluable experience, not only in delivering exceptional treatments but also in building lasting relationships with my clients.
In 2024, I moved to the UK to be closer to family and, in 2025, I opened Anita Keogh Beauty & Wellness – a peaceful home studio where I can offer a more personal, one-to-one experience in a calm and welcoming environment.
Today, I specialise in reflexology, CACI non-surgical facial treatments, Environ advanced facials and holistic wellbeing, offering personalised treatments designed to help you feel your very best. My reflexology training includes specialist treatments for Mother & Baby, Fertility, Cancer Care and Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), with Menopause Reflexology coming soon.
I'm passionate about continually developing my knowledge to provide the very best care for my clients. Alongside business development training for independent salons, I've completed advanced training in Reflexology, Advanced Skincare and an Advanced Nutrition Programme. I believe that healthy skin, balanced wellbeing and good nutrition all work together, allowing me to take a truly holistic approach to every client.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is educating my clients. I love helping people understand their skin, create effective skincare routines and make simple lifestyle and nutritional choices that support their overall wellbeing. My aim is not just to provide a treatment, but to give you the confidence and knowledge to continue caring for yourself between appointments.
Whether you're visiting for reflexology, advanced skincare or a beauty treatment, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel relaxed, listened to and genuinely cared for. Every appointment is tailored to your individual needs because no two clients are the same.
