Nurture & Nourish.
Mother & Baby Reflexology
nurture & nourish.
Becoming a new mum is one of life's most rewarding experiences, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. My Mother & Baby Reflexology sessions are designed to provide a peaceful space where both you and your baby can relax, reconnect, and enjoy the many benefits of reflexology together.
This nurturing treatment begins with a gentle Baby Reflexology session. If your baby is experiencing common concerns such as unsettled sleep, digestive discomfort, or restlessness, I can provide a short reflexology treatment that may help promote relaxation and ease these symptoms. Alternatively, I can teach you simple Baby Reflexology techniques that you can confidently use at home to continue supporting your little one.
Once your baby's session is complete, you can unwind with a full Reflexology treatment tailored to your individual needs. Your baby is welcome to stay close throughout your treatment, whether resting comfortably on your chest for skin-to-skin contact or relaxing in their pram beside you. Every session is baby-led, creating a calm and welcoming environment where you can both feel at ease.
